- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Design and oversee the implementation of data models, schemas, and structures to support business processes and analytics requirements.
- Identify data sources, define data acquisition and integration strategies, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Provide guidance and best practices to data engineers and developers on data architecture principles and patterns.

- Define and enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure data consistency, privacy, and compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in data management and analytics to drive continuous improvement in data architecture practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, concepts, and best practices.
- Proficiency in database technologies and query languages such as SQL.
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies, including ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and data privacy principles.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data architecture designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with big data technologies and frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Familiarity with data warehouse and data lake architectures and their implementation.
- Knowledge of data virtualization and data federation concepts.
- Understanding of data streaming and real-time data processing technologies.
- Certification in data management or related areas (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, DAMA Certified Data Management Professional).
