Description
We are looking for an experienced WordPress developer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment where autonomy, working well within a team, constant self-improvement, and pursuit of mastery are expected on a daily basis. This role will be responsible for building and launching new websites, upkeeping and improving current websites, prototyping, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- You’ll develop & maintain websites for our clients
- You’ll collaborative with our design team to refine & prepare concepts for clients
- You’ll explore innovative ideas & develop unique experiences for campaigns and projects
- You’ll support the design phase from inception to production
- You’ll participate in the management & coordination of simultaneous development projects
Skills
- At least 2 years experience working with WordPress and lightweight or premium themes
- Experience in adapting to & building with Elementor or Gutenberg
- Have knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Competent in SEO best practices & optimising for performance
- Up to date on design trends, industry standards, and relevant software
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles
- Experience optimizing websites, plugins, and online tools for performance and responsiveness
- Experience with, or ability to learn, E-commerce platforms
- Familiar with web hosting and DNS basics
- Experience with Adobe XD or Figma is a plus
- Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, Vue & React are a bonus
- Proficiency in back-end development is a significant bonus
