Creative Frontend Developer
Description

We’re looking for a talented developer with an appreciation for design and a drive to implement pixel perfect work in react javascript/typescript. Must have experience with next.js, redux state management, storybook or similar solutions.

You’ll be responsible for pushing the limits of what can be done with code while collaborating with other developers to do the same for our clients. We're project-based, so we're always working with something interesting.

Responsibilities
  • Working on new projects and maintaining existing client projects.
  • Working closely with our design team and producer to technically scope front-end builds.
  • Exploring problem spaces before jumping to solutions in project discovery phases.
  • Have your code reviewed and be prepared to review other developer’s code
  • You will be responsible for managing your own time and completing assigned tasks
  • Improve quality through regular review and scrutiny of production development processes
  • Participate in the management & coordination of simultaneous development projects
Skills
  • Solid understanding of Javascript and its place in creative coding
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and modern website layout approaches
  • ​​Expert knowledge of Javascript libraries and frameworks
  • Experience building design systems and reusable and extendable components.
  • Experience working consuming APIs
  • Knowledge in mobile app development framework (React Native, Flutter) is an advantage
  • Experienced with Git and comfortable working with multiple developers
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles
  • Committed to performance, code quality and delivering high-end experiences
  • Amazing examples of past work (can be a personal portfolio).
